The Custom Jewelry Design Process
Creating a piece of jewelry with us is a collaborative journey. Here is what you can expect from start to finish:
Initial Consultation
The process begins when you email us regarding a design that caught your eye. We will then schedule a personal phone call to discuss your inspiration, gemstone preferences, and ring size. This is the best time to share your personal style and any specific time constraints you may have.
Wax Model & Stone Selection
Approximately seven to ten days after our initial talk, we will email you a photograph of a custom-carved wax model for your approval. Along with the photo, we will provide details on the specific diamonds we have sourced to meet your criteria and a final price quote for the completed piece.
Approval & Deposit
Once you have approved the wax model and are ready for us to begin production, a deposit in the amount of half the quoted price is required. We accept most major credit cards for this payment, though please note that we do not accept American Express at this time.
Crafting & Delivery
Typically your order will be ready for the mail within two to three weeks of your final go-ahead. We will call you one last time to settle the remaining balance before shipping your piece via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please note that standard charges for shipping and insurance will apply.

Know your size: If you aren't sure of your ring size, let us know during our first call so we can help you find the best fit.
Be specific: The more detail you provide about your diamond preferences (cut, clarity, or color), the better we can match your vision.
